Acceptance of terms

By opening or using FreeOnlineConverter, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The operator may update these terms; continued use after an update counts as acceptance.

Description of the service

FreeOnlineConverter, run by Sajid Mansuri from India, provides free browser-based utilities: PDF tools (PDF to JPG, image to PDF, merge PDF, compress PDF), image tools (resize, compress), calculators (age, EMI, percentage, GST), and text tools (word counter, case converter, QR generator). No account or payment is needed. PDF and image files are uploaded to a processing server and converted there; calculators and text tools run fully in your browser.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the tools for illegal content or activity, including material you have no right to copy, upload, or share.
• Do not abuse the service: no attempts to hack, overload, or disrupt the site, and no automated scraping or bulk requests that harm performance for others.
• Do not upload malicious files, viruses, or content that violates anyone's rights or privacy.
• We may block or limit access for misuse without prior notice.

Your files and your responsibility

You are responsible for the files you upload and the values you enter. Only process files you own or have permission to use, keep your own backups, and download results promptly because conversion links expire. Do not upload highly sensitive documents you cannot afford to share.

Calculators and informational results

All tools and calculators, including the EMI, GST, age, and percentage calculators, are provided "as is" for general information only. Results are estimates, not financial, tax, or legal advice. Tax slabs, interest formulas, and calendar counts can change or round differently, so verify important figures with a qualified professional or official source before acting on them.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, FreeOnlineConverter and its operator are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss from using or being unable to use the site, including file issues, conversion errors, or reliance on calculator results. Your sole remedy is to stop using the site.

Intellectual property

The site's design, text, and layout belong to the operator except for your own uploaded files and third-party libraries. You may use the tools for personal and business tasks, but do not copy the site's content or code and present it as your own, and do not remove credit notices.

Third-party links and services

The site uses third-party infrastructure (Cloudflare Pages hosting, a Render processing server, cloud file storage, and a CDN-hosted QR library) and may link to outside websites. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

Changes and availability

Tools may be added, changed, limited, or discontinued at any time without notice, for maintenance, cost, abuse prevention, or any other reason. We may also update these terms; the latest version on this page always applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute should first be raised by email so it can be resolved informally.
