Age Calculator

Enter your date of birth and find your exact age down to the day.

What is an age calculator?

An age calculator works out how old you are from your birth date to today, or to any date you pick. Instead of rough subtraction, it counts full years, leftover months and days, plus totals like weeks and hours. People use it for school admissions, job forms, birthday countdowns and simple curiosity about time lived.

For example, someone born on 15 March 2000 is 25 years old on 5 October 2025, plus about 6 months and 20 days. The same tool also shows that as roughly 309 months or 13,400 days, which forms and quizzes often ask for.

How to use this age calculator

  1. Choose your birth day, month and year in the Date of Birth boxes.
  2. Optionally change the Age at the Date of boxes to another date.
  3. Press the Calculate Age button.
  4. Read your age in years, months and days, plus totals and live hours.

Why use this tool

Frequently Asked Questions

How is exact age calculated?

The tool counts full years from your birthday, then leftover months and days to the reference date. It also converts the gap into total months, weeks, days and hours for forms that ask for those units.

Can I find age on a past or future date?

Yes. Change the Age at the Date of boxes to any date you need, such as an exam cut-off or a joining date. The result updates to that reference day.

Does my birth date leave my device?

No. This calculator runs fully in your browser with JavaScript, so your dates are never uploaded to any server.

Why do two calculators show slightly different days?

Small differences come from time zones and whether the end day is counted. This tool counts calendar dates consistently, so use one result across a single form.
